Book Talk Review; Between The Lines

Between The Lines by Tammara Webber is the first in the Between The Lines series and follows a small group of young actors...

Reid Alexander is used to getting what he wants - and what he wants next is his newest costar, Emma Pierce. The universe is lining up nicely to grant his wish, until he's confronted with two unexpected obstacles on location: a bitter ex-girlfriend and a rival for Emma's affections.

Emma Pierce just got her big break after years of filming commercials and made-for-TV movies. Winning the lead role in a wide-release film - opposite the very hot Reid Alexander - should be a dream come true. But Emma's heart is hiding a secret fantasy: she wants to be a normal girl.

This book is a Mature YA/ New Adult...

It has a lot of YA in it but has some things that are considered NA now.

OMG I love Graham He is sexy he is caring he is sweet and he is awesome!

Emma Pierce just got the biggest break of her career, she is the lead role of the new wide-release and is playing opposite the biggest hottest teen star out there. Not only that but big name stars are also in the film.

Reid id hot in his own way, honestly I didn't like him that much but I understood why he wanted Emma and stuff. I have yet to read his book (Good For You) It is just one on my long TBR list that I need to get to...

This book talks about a young girl who gets the opportunity of a lifetime, the opportunity to launch her career, but she isn't sure she wants that anymore.

It talks about love, family, and friendship and following your heart.

*Quote- "What's done is done, and all that matters is where we go from her." -Emma
"I haven't wanted anyone but you since the night we met. And as much as I value our friendship... being friends with you is not what I have in mind." -Graham

Emma has been building her career for over ten years and she finally catches a break... as much as she loves acting she just wants to be a normal girl and she just wants to be herself.

I get that who doesn't just want a break once and a while?

Reid has lived this life for years and her thrives in it.

When he meets Emma he thinks he found his girl- the one who can make him better that the playboy that he is.

Graham is a relaxed chilled cool guy, he is fun and sweet and loving and he is the perfect one for anybody.

But he falls for Emma, as Reid does (or think she does) and Emma chooses one...

This is not a love triangle not really, Emma knows how she feels from the get go, but sometimes you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince.

This series is a great series and I recommend it for anybody (at least 15 and up) due to underage drinking and some sexual situations
