Book Talk Review; Noah

Noah by the fantastic Elizabeth Reyes is number one in the Fifth Street Series... This Series follows a group of young aspiring boxers. And like all of Elizabeth's book these are filled with hot sexy Alpha males

Veronica Cruz has been through hell and back. After disconnecting with the world two years ago to be at the side of her dying mother, she’s left alone, unemployed, overweight, and feeling a decade older than her twenty-eight years. When her best friend coaxes her into joining the local gym to ditch her depression and rejuvenate her life, she meets Noah. Assigned to help Veronica lose weight, Noah is everything she expected a young trainer to be—perfectly chiseled, supportive and motivating. Add to that, he’s incredibly sexy. He’s everything she’s ever looked for in a man. What she least expected was for him to fall for her, but he has. There's just one glaring problem: Noah is eight years younger.

Noah Quintanilla has his eye on a boxing title—someday. Down for a few months with an injury, his maintenance-boy pay at 5th Street Gym won't cut it. He’s finally given the opportunity to train. The catch? His trainee is an out-of-shape woman with a free week pass. Taking on the challenge, Noah stumbles into one of the closest friendships he’s ever known, and before he knows it, he’s in love. But Veronica’s not having it—the age difference is too much. Their platonic relationship means having to watch her date other men—something that would make him crazy. Believing he's the man for her, Noah sets out to prove that age is but an illusion, and there's more to him than just a number.

 Adult Contemporary
I think this is my favorite Fifth Street book. They are all amazing of course but I love the story here.
When Noah and Roni become friends it is just like it meant to  be. Until someone starts to have feeling that are more than friends.

I love Noah. He just has this way about him that draws you to him. Its like this demeanor that overtakes.
I think it is safe to say that Elizabeth has a talent for writing irresistible Book Boyfriends.
Veronica is just coming out of a two year cut off from the world. She has taken care of her dying mother and has shut herself out from everything and everyone. She kind of has fallen into this depression stage. Now she wants her life back.
She takes a friendship with her young trainer.

It is easy to see when Noah begins to fall in love with Roni, And I agree with him. Age does not matter in that situation. They are both adults who cares if he is eight years younger than her.

She is beautiful and smart and he is sexy and sweet and caring and loving.

Noah has had a hard life and he knows what the importance of family and friends is and he knows what love is. Because he finds it.

Roni finds it too. She just can't let it go.

When Roni's ex comes into the picture he brings back feelings for both Veronica and Noah.

And he brings up Noah's past like he actually knows what the hell hes talking about.

When we get the blessed coming together of Noah and Veronica it is beautiful.

The ending is just how it was supposed to be.

I loved the scene where Roni and Noah are in the kitchen making Thanksgiving Dinner together and singing to the Christmas music together. That is like the perfect couple thing for them to do.
