*Blood Oath is Book 1 in the Legacy of the Assassins series. It is not a standalone and ends in a soft cliffhanger. The story within the book concludes at the end, however, the bigger story continues in Books 2 and 3, which are be available for preorder. This book is an urban fantasy/paranormal m/m romance story. It contains a polyamorous relationship and no cheating.

It was early, but Ryder had slept for shit, and he’d taken a chance that Felix would be up and come over.“Morning.” Felix pulled the door all the way open as he bit into a piece of toast.“Couldn’t sleep, figured you’d be up…” His voice trailed off when he saw the unfamiliar man leaning against Felix’s counter with a plate of eggs, sausage, and toast in front of him.“Luka came by last night.” Felix glanced between them. “Ryder, Luka,” he introduced hastily.“Hey.” Ryder nodded at the other man as he covertly checked him out.Well, at least he tried to be covert about it. He wasn’t so sure he managed to pull it off.“Hey,” Luka greeted as he shoveled some sausage and toast into his mouth.He’d never asked Felix what Luka looked like, but the man in front of him was nothing like he’d pictured. He was handsome, devastatingly so, with his brooding aura, intense eyes, and angular features. He was also taller and broader than Ryder was, which he wasn’t sure he liked. It was childish and stupid to be jealous of Luka’s looks, but he was gorgeous, and it made him feel a little self-conscious.He wasn’t weirded out by the thought that Felix and Luka had spent the night together, and that was strange. He’d expected to feel jealousy at the realization, but all he could picture were Luka and Felix on Felix’s bed, their naked bodies locked together as Luka slid inside Felix.“You had breakfast yet?” Felix asked they came into the kitchen area, knocking Ryder out of his strange but not completely unwelcome thoughts.“Half a cup of strong coffee count?” he asked, trying to keep his voice light as he leaned against the counter about a foot away from Luka.He was no stranger to fantasizing about Felix, but the fact that he was picturing Luka and Felix together was unsettling. He must be more exhausted than he’d thought.
